Wearing a helmet can save your life in the case of a fall or collision. It is imperative that a helmet fits properly or it may not protect your head effectively, possibly leading to fatal consequences. Please NOTE: If you fall and hit your head hard, even though a crack is not visible, the integrity of the helmet may be compromised and it would be important to invest in another helmet.

How to get the helmet which best fits your head:

1.) Use a soft tape measure to get the size in inches (in) or centimeters (cm) of the circumference of your head.

•       The tape measure should be no more than a fingers width away from your eyebrows, just above your ears, and go around the widest part of the back of your head.
•       If you do not have a soft tape measure, you can use a string to get the circumference of your head, and measure it on a flat table with a ruler. 
•       If the person whom the helmet is for is not available, you can measure the inside of their baseball or similar shaped hat.

2.)    TruRev has three helmet sizes which are adjustable up to 2 inches. Please choose the helmet size which offers you the greatest range for adjustment.
